If you see something that is predatory behavior, someone being harassed or bullied, someone being hateful or derogatory about another person’s race, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, religion, physical appearance, body size, age, or identity/label/kink, speak up. Notify a Staff Member.
Especially when a team member behaves contrary to our COC we ask for your feedback.

Complaint Procedure
1. Raise your complaint first with a member of “The Munch ” Staff.
2. The complaint will be reviewed by all staff with any markers on name… house or group removed so the decisions will be made totally impartially based only on the complaint at hand and to no other criteria, thus eliminating any possible bias.

3. After review there will be a decision as how to proceed based on ensuring the safety of all members of “The Munch”.
4. The decisions will be as follows:
a. After discussion additional guidance / training will be offered and any gaps in knowledge or misunderstanding of any of the core principles has been highlighted.
b. There will be an opportunity to request a review if further information is discovered.
c. removal from the group (if further guidance and correction of the persons actions is refused) . This will be a very last resort and one we will strive to avoid.
N.B. ALL COMPLAINTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY SCREEN SHOTS. HEARSAY AND COMPLAINTS WITHOUT SCREEN SHOT PROOF, WHILE LISTENED TO AND NOTED, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT
